It is cleaned after each guest including linens. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking a meal or just snacking with a refrigerator with ice maker, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Coffee maker, blender and toaster along with full set of pots, pans and dishes for eating in or out on the patio. There is an electric grill for grilling fresh fish from the nearby markets, you cannot beat the fresh catch.
There are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, Master has bath with double sinks and shower, other full bath has shower over tub. All towels, paper products and necessities are included also a full size washer/dryer.
This open floor plan with island is great if your cooking a meal or watching something on the flat screen TV with Netflix after a day at the beach. WIFI included making this just like home . Patio door to deck overlooking the water, with a lower patio which has chairs for sunning yourself, patio table with umbrella or enjoy the tiki Bar. Great place to relax and watch the wild life, birds, and fish jumping and you may even see a Manatee in the canal. Watch the sunset from the upper deck or if you have a boat bring it along. 10,000 lb lift on a direct Gulf access canal. There are beach chairs and 2 bikes for touring around.

Area Information

Enjoy 7 miles of white sandy beach just 1 mile with many restaurants and entertainment. There is also a Trolley available at Main Street and San Carlos which will take you over the bridge to the beach. However if you walk when you get to the top of the bridge the views are breath taking overlooking the harbor below or the beach in front of you with the sun sparkling on the water.
There is also restaurants just down the block on Main Street there is Parrot Key at Salty Sams Marina overlooking the harbor. Also if you are thinking of traveling to key West the Key West Express is right across the street. There is a pool close by for kids, This is the best area for Kayaking, Deep sea Fishing, jet Skiing, Parasailing, miniature Golf and plenty of live entertainment.
