About the Property
Beautiful 5 bedroom 4 bathroom bungalow in the beautiful resort community of AVIANA in the Orlando area and only 15 minutes to downtown Disney.
Relax and have breakfast / lunch or supper in the private lania covered backyard / patio with your own pool and hot tub. Lounge on one of the chairs or sit in the partial covered patio. Or enjoy a drink while you watch the sun set.
The 5 bedrooms are set up as two master suites with King beds, dressers, night stand and television's. Two other rooms with two single beds in each, one in blue for boys and the other in pink for girls, both have television's w/DVD players. The 5th bedroom has a single bed and also has a television.
The kitchen has everything you will need to make you stay enjoyable. Blend yourself a drink and then relax to the patio. Or make your morning coffee and go for a walk thru the community.
