More than ocean front, we are right on the sand with wifi and almost a mile of gated, undeveloped, pristine beach. Because its undeveloped the stars pop out like no where else in Panama City Beach. It has a premium brand new mattress and brand new $2000 leather sleeper sofa. Remodeled brand new white quartz full kitchen, dishwasher, frige, and brand new induction cook tops with a new-wave style oven. Completely remodeled bathroom includes a vaulted ceiling a brand new JACUZZI tub with travertine surround. A new ac is strong and efficient . Large gulf front pool, brand new premium 60' HDTV There are no hidden fees or charges. Custom beach front chairs, brand new gulf front bbq's, wireless internet, go-carts, shopping, pubs are right across the street making this the ideal location. Walking distance to Gulf World and Pier Park is less than 2 miles away but what made me buy this unit was the huge undeveloped and gated beach front.

Loved the beach front, private beach, and away from the big touristy condos and high rises. Room was well kept, loved the big TV with the Wifi and DVD player. Jacuzzi tub was very relaxing. Owner was very accommodating to our needs and schedule. Helped us with trying to get a good departure check out, especially with a two year old that needed her nap. Enjoyed .the Turbo Convection oven, now we will have to get one! Having Nautilus street right across from the condos made it very easy to escape the Front Beach Rd traffic, which can get backed up during weekends and peak times. We barely had to drive more than 10 minutes to get anywhere during the entire vacation. Very nice!

The pictures say everything, when you walk in it looks exactly like it does online. You are right on the beach and there are plenty of spots on the property to enjoy it. Everything you need is in the unit. The only downside is the parking, it’s first come first get a spot and there is nothing worse than coming in at about 8p.m. and having to park along the highway. It’s perfect for spring break because you are right at the beach and and there is plenty of it. The bathroom is good but the sink should be moved over a little because it’s a little tight for a big guy. Can be a little noisy during spring break. The 60 inch tv is great during those rainy days. Overall it’s a really good unit in a great spot.

We arrived and check in was very easy , the room was really clean and had everything we needed to cook with and make our stay pleasant. The view was amazing and unforgettable. We will definitely be coming back. Thanks so much for letting us enjoy ourselves in your condo!!

My family and I had a great time in this area of pcb! Right in the middle of everything with large secluded beach area. The room was nice and clean and the owner is extremely helpful and responds very quickly to all your questions and needs. We will definitely be returning back.

We brought our family to stay at this cozy studio in mid February. We couldn't have been more pleased! To begin with, it was the perfect location. The Fontainebleau is placed right on a private beach. Even for February, the water nice for swimming, the kids loved playing in the sand on the beach. In the evenings we enjoyed swimming at the indoor pool. The location is quiet and we were never bothered with noise. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of sitting space for watching TV (which has cable) and the DVD player. The kitchen was fully set up with a blender, toaster, fridge, pots, pans, utensils, and best of all - the induction cook top and glass oven! Nice big bathroom and on site laundry! Located near tons of tourist sites and great eating places! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this suite & will absolutely be back!
