Why this property? It is with in walking distance of historic downtown Dade City, with restaurants, and stores. 30-40 minutes north of Tampa, and 1.5 from Disney.
I chose this home, because of it reminds me of the home I grew up in which was also built in the early 1920's.
I named it after my grandmother, Ada. She owned and operated a small restaurant in West Virginia in the early 1950's. She often opened her home to traveling friends and family for a place to stay.
