The great location enables you to enjoy the best of both worlds...we are close to everything but on the less crowded west side of PCB.
Come relax on one of the world's top beaches!!!! Just step off the deck and onto the beautiful white sand beach!
You can be shopping at Pier Park or walking/biking the trails of Conservation Park in less than 5 minutes. We are close to many great restaurants too, including the Famous Sandpiper Tiki Bar which is just a short,casual walk up the beach. The new regional airport is 15 minutes away.
4 Bedroom-4 1 /2 bath townhome located directly on the gulf. No elevators and no crowds!!!!!
Two gulf front master bedrooms with private balconies, King beds and whilrpool tubs that overlook the gulf; the two guest rooms have private bathrooms- one room has a queen bed and the other has 2 XLong twin beds, Both guest rooms have a commercial grade queen sofa sleeper. All the bedrooms have 40inch HD flatscreens - one of the master has a NETFLIX enabled tv
The fully equipped kitchen (I love to cook and want all the conveniences of home when I am at the beach) has an oversized refrigerator with filtered water/ice on the door, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The Wine bar with built in icemaker (great to fill your cooler or to make frozen drinks) creates a fun entertainment area!!!!
Spacious dining room can seat 10 (including 4 at the counter)
The living room has a 86 inch smart tv
Back deck is perfect to watch the kids play on the beach or enjoy a glass of wine and take in the amazing sunset!
Small gulf front pool and private outdoor shower
We have the ability to lock out rooms and rent it with fewer guest (at savings for you) October 15- March 1.

Why this property? No elevators and quieter side of PCB but still close to everything! Minutes away from Pier Park to the east and minutes away from the beginning of beautiful 30 towns!

I am super satisfied with how our vacation went! Theresa was awesome, she always answered all my questions when i called or texted. Her beach house was breathtaking, everything in the inside was beautiful. Only thing that sucked for us was that we couldn't grill anywhere. This house had an amazing location there is so many restaurants surrounding it, basically in the middle of everything. I can't wait to visit Pamama City Beach again I will definitely be staying here.

Jennifer S.Beautiful Townhouse in a perfect location and right on the BEACH!
As soon as you walk through the door to this townhouse you are greeted with the most beautiful water and white sands that Florida has to offer! The townhouse is decorated just like what you would think a beach house should be. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would ever need and the bedrooms all have their own bathrooms which is so nice! We enjoyed the balcony's and the deck from early in the morning until the sun went down. There are restaurants close by and Pier Park is just a short distance away. We had the best time with family and friends during our week stay and would recommend this townhouse to anyone who wanted to treat themselves to a special place!
