This upscale home has well over 2300 sq ft under age plus a large lanai and screened private pool area. Enjoy your coffee and a refreshing morning swim to a beautiful sunrise and relaxes in the heated spa after a great day at the beach or a delicious dinner from the grill on the patio.
Villa Happy Hour has an open floor plan with the kitchen as the central point of the house. The kitchen is equipped with upscale appliances, breakfast counter, and a separate dining area. The master bedroom has a king size bed with an adjourning bathroom featuring 2 sinks, a European tile walk-in shower, a jetted tub, and a closed water closet.
One guest room has a queen size bed and the other offers 2 twin beds which can be converted to a king size bed. Each bedroom has their own bathroom just across the hallway. All bedrooms and living room have flat-screen TVs with cable service and strong Wi-Fi throughout the entire house. Washer and Dryer, and a nicely equipped kitchen.
The Villa is conveniently located to shopping and dining. Just ½ mile south of the house there are a Publix grocery store, a gas station, multiple restaurants, and fast food joints. Another ½ mile south you will find yourself at our beautiful “Cape Harbour” area with its great boardwalk, cute little shops, restaurants, a coffee – and ice cream parlor, and an outside bar on the water with live music once a week.

Please note: Electricity is charged separately for this home at the rate of $14 per day. This fee is collected at the time of final payment and is considered prepaid utility use. This prepayment has been included in your quote and is part of the total reservation cost. Post-departure paid utility use may be offered at booking and will be billed at .185 kW for actual daily usage plus 11% tax and will be charged to a credit card on file. Pack & Plays (Portable Crib) and Highchairs are available with a small rental fee.

Beats a complete day trip to a larger beach area and gives you the opportunity to have a quick beach trip for a few hours.
Downtown Cape Coral is a hub of activity with many festivals, street parties, local motorcycle bike nights, weekend farmers market and the list goes on. So many restaurants to choose from.

7 days prior to check in with a zero balance you will be sent the door code. You can check in anytime after 4 pm.
What happens if I have a problem during my stay? Is there someone I can call?
Yes we are available 7 days a week and have someone covering after hours phone calls.
How do I operate the pool heat?
A member of our property management staff will meet with you onsite the day after check in to go over operation of all systems in the home.
Do I have to sign a contract to rent your home?
Yes, you will be required to eSign our rental agreement before you will be granted access to our home. This Rental Agreement is our Terms and Conditions.
Ho old do I have to be to rent your house?
For liability reasons we require any signer of our Rental Agreement be 25 years or older.
Can I bring my dog with me?
No, I am sorry this home does not allow Pets.
