Our home is Ideally situated at the beginning of Marco Island just over the Bridge with preferred Boating access yet close to Beaches, Shopping and Restaurants. This home boasts 5 bedrooms where two are Master Suites and 4 bathrooms. The Primary Master bedroom is on the first floor and is steps to your spa and pool with an expansive outdoor space. Dramatic open great room with 22’ ceilings is perfect for family time with your guests. The 2nd floor features 4 spacious bedrooms and a Balcony to enjoy some coffee with excellent views of the area and river.
Rent a boat and tie up to the dock during your stay and explore the many beaches and the Ten thousand islands around Marco. This home is sure to be a hit with boating enthusiasts, Beach lovers or for those just looking to relax in this tropical paradise. Enjoy Fishing from the private dock and perhaps you'll have the pleasure of seeing dolphins or a manatee swimming by!

This home is nicely located just over the bridge as you enter Marco and conveniently near to grocery stores, restaurants and Tigertail beach. The pool and spa were lighted at night which was pleasant. The dock has a nice sitting area so you are close to the canal. The home has everything required for relaxation and fun. Ron was very pleasant to deal with if and when I had any questions with quick response times.

Rental Availability on Marco Island is nearly zero. Some folks simply end up taking the only thing available. That often puts them in shallows more near the 10,000 islands. If you’re boating, enjoy gorgeous beaches, and/or appreciate being centralized, being just North of the Jolley Bridge and Minutes from the Marina puts you in deeper waters very near Capri Pass. Beyond boating and location, Ron is nearly always available and very involved in his property. It is well kept and impeccably stocked. You won’t find an “Owner Absent Rental” being semi managed by a third party with really no skin in the game. He resides there when not booked, and it shows! I strongly suggest you consider “Villa Bonita”, and go boating. It’s 5 of 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My family and I have been renting and vacationing in Marco Island for almost 20 years. We come over 2 times a year from Ft. Lauderdale Florida and over the years we have met some great homeowners. I must say that not only is this home spectacular but the owner Ron is as well. We had an easy booking, great communication, and overall a wonderful experience. The house is exactly as pictured and it is an outstanding property. Everything about the house is warm and inviting, exceptionally well kept, and perfectly outfitted for large families. We rented a pontoon boat for the week and docked it right behind the house. The kids fished off the dock, and they could take a kayak out on the water, or a bike out on the street. The location of the house is close to shopping and the girls would often go for an evening walk while the guys would try their hand at fishing again. Trust me when I say that you will absolutely love this house and you will have an unforgettable time if you stay here! When you book please be sure to tell Ron that The McCormacks said "hello"

We were 7 adult family members on our winter get-away. The pool and hot tub worked beautifully. The beds were comfortable. We use the kayaks several times and toured the many adjacent canals. We rode the bikes around the neighborhood and saw the small burrowing owls in several locations . All in all it was a great week.
