About the owner: Owner is working in hospitality business since 2005. Friendly and easy going.
Why this property? This property is in gated community in Health Park area Fort Myers, 14 min drive to Fort Myers Beach. Very quiet. The Community is mixed of retired couples and families with kids. Very friendly. There is a pool and small gym in club house. ( the pool is not heated). Whole community was build in 2014. Still like brand new.
