Luxury 17th Floor 3Bed/3Bath Penthouse unit at Origin at Seahaven beach front resort within one mile walking distance of Pier Park. All rooms are ocean view. Origin is the only condo in the Panama City Beach area with interior finished corridors and entry doors for your added security and comfort. Some of the Amenities at Origin at Seahaven Include a Private 24 Seat Home Theater, Large Pool/spa Area, Fitness Center, BBQ Grills, Game/Arcade Room, Coin Operated Laundry, Covered Parking Garage and Convenience Store

This freshly renovated 3 Bedroom/ 3 bathroom Penthouse is top unit with views from every room except bathrooms. This is our own personal beach Condo. We use it few times a year so we did not spare any expense in making it enjoyable and very homey. It has new tiles all over except bedrooms. Fresh paint throughout. All new furniture, paintings, bed covers, pillows, decorative pieces and light fixtures. New 50" flat screen HDTV and DVD player in living room and 3 new 42" Flat screen TV's with built-in DVD players in all bedrooms. The condo has 3 bedrooms with 2 masters and a good size 3rd bedroom and 3 full baths. All 3 bedrooms have king Beds and a pull out sleeper sofa in living room. We get the HVAC coils and ducts professionally cleaned every 6 months. All HVAC units on the beach develop mold on the coils from the moisture in the air when A/C is left running and doors open. It's very hazardous to the health and most people are unaware of it. It is specially bad for people with allergies or asthma.

Condo is stocked with everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. kitchen is very well equipped. coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer and fridge. Everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal (and lots of convenient restaurants nearby if you don't want to cook).

Area Information

Excellent location about one mile from the bustling shopping and entertainment complex known as Pier Park and a short drive to Frank Brown Park and other shopping. Walking distance to Gulf World. Over sized windows and 2 over-sized balconies with access from 2 bedrooms and living room.

If cooking on vacation is not what you want to do, there are a variety of restaurants within easy walking distance including Sharky's beachfront restaurants across the street, Runaway Island and Barefoot Beach Club. Pizza, donuts and Moe's BBQ are also located within easy walking distance. Starbucks is located in the building. Many others are just a short drive away.

About the owner: We live in a Chattanooga, TN. We bought this condo in 2017 as our personal vacation home. We did not spare any expense in making the condo homey and inviting for us and our guests. We escape to the condo every chance we get when there is a last minute cancelation or availability. Ocean and sun therapy is a must for our family! We love visiting even during winter months just to enjoy the amazing sunsets from the West balcony and sunrises and coffee from East balcony. We always love to hear from our guests about the wonderful time they had staying in the condo. It give us great joy to be able to share the experience with other families! Many wonderful memories are constantly created!

Why this property? This updated 3 Bedroom/ 3 bath Penthouse is 1900 sq ft top luxury unit with views from every room. It has tile all over except bedrooms, which are carpeted. Updated furniture and 50" flat screen HDTV and DVD player in living room and 42" Flat screen TV's with built-in DVD players in all bedrooms. The condo has 3 bedrooms, including 2 master suites on each end with their own master bath, a large 3rd bedroom with full bath across hallway. All 3 bedrooms have king beds with a pull out queen size sleeper sofa in living room. We also have 2 inflatable twin beds for parties up to 10 people.
Condo is stocked with everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. Kitchen is very well equipped, including dishes, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer and fridge. Everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal. (lot of convenient restaurants nearby if you don't want to cook) The condo is located at the Origin at Sea Haven. Origin is one of few buildings in PCB with interior corridors which makes it more homey than buildings that are built for commercial use and thus the higher number of full time residents that call Origin home. Our penthouse unit is one of only two condos that occupy the whole front top crown of the building ocean side, so you have full view of the ocean from every room. The walk to the beach is very simple. The elevator is a short distance from the unit and once you come down the elevator it’s 1 min walk to Seahaven private beach which can be accessed through a gate to the left of Sharky’s restaurant.

Perfect Sunset

This was a family trip for the elite softball tournament and the location was perfect. Joseph was very easy to work with and handled any questions that arose quickly. The condo was very spacious for our family of 9 and we did not feel like we were on top of each other and the kids had space to be kids. The views were fantastic and the ball drop for New Year's Eve was a plus. We hope to visit again in August.
