This 3 bed, 2 bath Spacious Oean/Gulf Front condo has the most incredible Jaw-dropping Views of the Gulf of Mexico and is right on the Beach with a spectacular one of a kind open wrap around balcony you wont soon forget. It is located in The Private Residential Condomimium called Arena De Madeira , a unique & intimate building with only 15 units-3 per floor. Our spacious 3 bedroom unit with 2 baths is ideal for making memories by the sea with friends and family.
You will love this roomy , well stocked comfortable & selectively updated 3-bedroom condo with many Luxury comforts such as modern upgraded furniture and ultra comfortable new mattresses meant to have you sleep like a baby.
The priceless open-air Gulf front wrap around lanai has the very unique feature of having 3 sets of patio doors from the living room or 1 set of Patio doors from the master bedroom . You will have a birds eye view from almost every angle imaginable to watch dolphins frolic less then 200 feet away . This is where you will have one of the best opportunities to get up close and personal to the Ocean , where the world is your oyster as you listen to the tranquil sounds of the waves , breathe in the fresh ocean air and take in the nightly Awe inspiring Romantic sunsets from the unique wrap around balcony.
The kitchen has everything you need , including a lovely window looking out to the Ocean for inspiring food preparation. There is a 6 seater dining area and a breakfast bar with 2 stools if you prefer .

Mini Golf 5 minute drive . Thrift stores, shops and farmers market within 2 blocks . So many restaurants to choose from within walking distance .
Area Information
Madeira Beach is a sweet little Unpretentious somewhat quiet but colourful Kitchy beach town that is close to everything you need .It features the quaintly small tourist area of Johns pass-which is a 20 min.walk from Arena De madeira. It Has a touch of a 70's authentic vibe perhaps due to its predominence of residential , low rise condos and homes all along the beach ,as well as ma and pa vendors as opposed to mostly chains and hi-rise hotels . Miami this aint , and thats why we choose The Gulf Coast and specifically Madeira Beach. Actually its also Not much comparable to Clearwater which is only 20 -30 minutes away . We think the The Commercial Hotel Hustle and Bustle of Clearwater has its appeal , but prefer the peaceful relatively low traffic ( incomparison ) residential charms of each unique Private Apartment and Condo all along the beach. There is nothing quite like "Living like a Local " !

John's Pass within 20 mins walking and there are too many shops and restaurants to mention them all such as local ones like Docside Daves , Lisa's seafood or Mario's Italian , but some other more recognizable names are Bubba Gumps, Hooters, ..

About the owner: Canadian who is Mad about florida, the sun, the beach and fell in love with this quieter smaller little community that is a little like going back in a time machine in the 70's..
Why this property? LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION when looking for PROXIMITY & VIEWS to the Ocean from entire Condo & being able to accommodate larger groups and families who like to be together ! Nothing much compared to the well maintained Uniquely Intimate mature Turqoiuse building called Arena de Madeira with only 15 -3 bedroom 2 bath units and a nice heated pool facing the Majestic Gulf of Mexico Ocean. The open wrap around balcony of the corner unit was the cherry on top and proved to be irresistable!
Not to mention all the basics are within walking distance ( Convenience store across the street, Groceries , Pharmacy, Restaurants , Post Office , Unique venders all within a 6-12 minute walk . John's Pass is a 20-25 minute walk !

We loved our time in this condo. We stayed for two weeks. The condo was full stocked, comfortable and has a great Ocean view. The pool was heated and was always the perfect temperature for swimming. We would definitely stay there again!

First, this condo is beautiful. The decor is fun and beachy. The rooms are large and airy. Plenty of space. The view is stunning. You simply can't ask for a better view or balcony to enjoy it from! Second, the location of the condo couldn't be better. It isn't far from anything. You can walk to near by restaurants if you want. You have a handy little convenience store across the street, incase you are worn out and don't feel like driving 5mins down the road to the nearest Publix. Third, Suzanne is fabulous. You could not ask for a better host. Our original reservations got canceled due to hurricane sally, we were determined to have our much needed family vacation so i came across this condo & reached out to her to see if there would be a possibility of renting this out on such short notice. She was wonderful. Communication was great. Even after we got there she checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay and that everything was good. As far as we are concerned she is a life saver! Thanks again for working with us and more importantly letting us build some amazing memories in your condo. Can't wait to return.

This vacation was one of the most peaceful vacations I’ve ever taken! The condo had lots of room and you could see the beach from every room! The owners had beach supplies (Tent, umbrella, chairs and toys) in front of the parking spot that had anything you would need on the beach. This was a fantastic bonus! The ONLY thing that could have been better was the air conditioning. It got a little warm in the evening in the condo. With a veiw from every room, you have to expect the sun shining in all day will warm things up. I plan to return! We loved it!

January 20Hi Holli,We always value good feedback , but we wish we recognised your name because we dont recall any guest that informed us about the warmth in the condo . Im sorry to hear about this , we would have loved to address this during your stay. We try our best to remind our guests that when windows and especially any or all of the 3 sets of patio doors in the Living Room and the other 4rth set is left open , its very difficult for the Cold air to compensate enough.

Walking into this condo gives you the feel that you are coming home. Tastefully decorated and spacious, the 3 bedrooms provide very comfortable beds. Each room has plenty of storage, and it's own TV. The Master Suite provides ready access to the wrap around balcony to make sure you don't miss the sunset, or even the full moon reflecting off the gulf. As nice as the bedrooms are, they are forgotten once you enter the living area. "Spectacular" doesn't begin to define the view of the gulf that greets you. Everywhere you look, from the living room, dining area, or the kitchen, you can see the Gulf vista. All day long you see and hear the beach. It's common to see Dolphins daily, and the sunsets are spectacular (way too many photos on my phone, but can't help it). We have always preferred the Gulf side of Florida for the warm, calm waters, and this condo was the perfect compliment to the Gulf Beaches. Outside of the condo itself, the pool was a relaxing, warm escape, and beach access is Right There. This was our first time in Madeira Beach and we found the local restaurants to be great. A couple favorites were the Frog Pond and Sweet Sage. Finally, the owners, Suzie and Steve, could not have been nicer or more accommodating. We really hope we can get back here next year.
