Felt very safe, allowed our kids to roam to the beach and pool and did not worry about them. Walked to johns pass hot spot daily. Amazing sunsets viewed from our balcony. Cute back patio to watch sun rise. Awesome location and views. My husband liked that the car was parked under the building with no sun shining on it . all day. Grounds are well kept and clean.

We spent the month of February in Madeira Beach at the Sea Breeze Condos. Our condo was on the 4th floor with a perfect view of the ocean from our balcony. The condo was very spacious for two couples. The living areas were very comfortable with plenty of room, the kitchen gave us ample room to cook if we wanted and comfortable dining area. The location is perfect for dining out and exploring all the shops at Johns Pass or just taking walks on the beautiful white sand beach. We spent many early morning hours watching fishing boats, sail boats and other water craft in the Johns Pass bay coming and going. The area is quiet and the pool area if very well kept as is the beach area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Madeira Beach and will consider the area again in the future. Thank You for a very nice condo we called home for a month.

We love staying at this condo - this is the second time we have stayed in this unit and it was very nice both times. The first time we stay was two years ago and then we stayed just a couple of weeks ago. We actually just hung out at the beach and pool for a couple of days and didn't even go anywhere. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need to be able to cook a meal which we did more than we went out. The only complaint I have to say about this visit was there were some adults hanging out by the pool that started having a really "good" time at about 10 in the morning. By the afternoon, they could hardly walk and were talking very loudly to where you could not enjoy yourselves at the pool. Several vacationers left the pool area because of the loudness and crudeness of the other guests. As far as the condo is concerned, it is very nice and we definitely would stay there again.

The room was fantastic. I loved how many bath towels they provided. I never had to do laundry. I would for sure stay here again. Walking distance to johns pass.

Our family had stayed at Sea Breeze in Madeira Beach and we had a lovely time despite the colder weather. The accommodations were great. There was plenty of room and it was very clean and tidy. The view of the ocean was spectacular and it was a nice walk to John's Pass. We had some problems with the phone and the tenants were quick to respond and get things corrected....there assistance was greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay at the same place if we were to venture back to Madeira Beach.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is so spacious and the view is spectacular. A nice short walk to restaurants and shops. Wonderful shelling on the beach. The complex is well taken care of. Did not try to pool but looked very inviting. Lots of good sightseeing trips around the area.

Thanks Brenda, our family loved staying at your Sea Breeze condo. We had plenty of room to enjoy and also were able to accommodate our family in your 2 large bedrooms- without the extra expense of a 3 bedroom unit.

Beds and furnishings were comfortable and the Gulf views were awesome. We also loved the Gulf side Pool and Hot Tub. We celebrated New Year's Eve at Johns Pass and had a wonderful time!! We also made a trip to Busch Gardens. We would love to come back again next year and have already recommended your unit to some of our friends.

My family (my daughter, 2 nieces, my mom, my cousin, and her son) rented unit 401 Aug 9-16. The pictures and location were accurate and we had a great time. The elevator and room codes were convenient and made us feel secure knowing not just anyone had access to our building. The hot tub was wonderful. I didn't use the pool but the teenagers enjoyed it immensely! The beach was beautiful and not crowded this time of year. My uncle lives in Tampa and came to visit. There were plenty of towels which we washed and put away prior to our departure. Walmart was a very short distance for groceries. Everything worked but the sliding glass door sticks and doesn't lock but on the 4th floor that made no difference to us. Laundry was next to our unit which was nice! There were beach items for our use but we didn't use as we opted to rent the chairs on the beach just so we didn't have to carry everything up and down. We left 3 rafts and an air pump we hope others enjoy on their stay! Very close to St Johns Pass, exactly .5 miles. Loved the condo and beach and would definitely return! Easy rental and clear communication! Thanks again!

Great views from both balconies! Easy to relax in this clean and spacious condo. Owner has provided everything necessary for a great vacation - all the way down to beach chairs and an umbrella! Softest sheets on the beds that we have ever slept on and there is plenty of room to sleep 8+ people. 7-11 across the street, walk to the Candy Kitchen or John's Pass. Highly recommend!

We just returned from staying at this condo. The condo is very clean and right on the beautiful beach. We sat on the balcony each morning and watched the dolphins. There are two bedrooms with two beds in each, could easily sleep 8 or 9 people. There are places to eat near by, We enjoyed the Mad Beach fish house, which is only a short walk from the condo, and the Candy store which serves ice-cream also an easy walk from the condo. I highly recommend this condo.

What a great vacation place !!! New owners had just taken over, and we were the first renters from the new owner. The front door lock was replaced with a digital lock. No need for keys !! Opened the door and the view from the Gulf side balcony is breath taking. Spent many hours just sitting there watching the beach and the dolphins swim by. All appliances worked great. Wifi was good too !! Brand new beds and linens...wowww !!! Slept like a log the whole time. The building is very quiet. Parking passes waiting for us on arrival. It was literally walk in and start the vacation. Walked every day to John's Pass at least a couple of times, it's only a leisurely 10 minute walk on the beach to get there. Grocery stores and Walmart less than 10 minutes away by car. The only negative comment (from my sister, not me) was that the decor was a bit outdated. The new owners just took over from an elderly couple, so I would not be surprised to see that change. But frankly, we weren't there for the decor. The view outside and the comfort level easily overshadowed that. Pool was crystal clear, hot tub was HOT. We are already planning for next year, and considering a two week stay if possible !!!
