The location is quiet and accessible to many retail stores and restaurants. The actual condo was well kept, clean and fully stocked. I will definitely rent from here again!
The apartment was very clean and the pool/gym area was great. Someone was always available if I had any questions.
The building is very nice. The location is easy walking distance to beach, restaurants and stores. The street directly in front of the property is very nice. You can walk or take an early morning jog. The apartment we stayed in was on 24th floor. It was a very nice and clean apartment. Plenty of room and the kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. Unfortunately, the unit we we stayed in faced 163th Street. The noise of traffic and vehicles was non-stop...all day and all night. Next time, I'd would request a Unit not facing 163rd Street. The pool was great. Nice size and plenty of chairs. The only parking available was through Valet. For the most part this was not a problem. There were a few instances where the Valet attendents were scarce and not well organized. Overall, very nice apartment and stay at Sunny Isles Beach.
This place is beautiful! The pool area and jacuzzi were amazing. The condo was very clean. Everything was walking distance, it was the perfect location. The owner was very helpful and detailed, answered all my questions in a timely matter. I would definitely stay here again.
Good location, good communication with property manager. Nice two bedroom. All though the room needs a little updating such as blinds and painting. Everything was just as stated . If there was an issue there was a quick response. Good for family vacation or just a group wanting to get away. Zebo was great and while away her associate took care of things. Would highly recommend the property.
