Yes, we accept payment by credit card, or debit card, or bank transfer at no extra charge!
How do we access the home?
We provide driving directions, gate code access if needed, and a unique entry code for the door, after your balance payment is received.
When are my payments due?
A 20% deposit is required to reserve the home with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival
Do you accept payment in different currencies?
We accept payments in $ USD or £ GBP and other currencies at the prevailing exchange rate.
What should I do if I have a question or maintenance issue in the home?
There is a local management company who take care of the villa on behalf of the owner with contact phone numbers for non emergency matters during office hours and a 24x7 contact number for any emergency issues.

My family had a great time! The location is convenient. The house was very clean, organized and well equipped (although the water pressure in the shower is very low). The only issue we had was no cellular service. We arrived on a Saturday and the WiFi information was nowhere in the house. We had to wait two days until the management office opened on Monday to receive the WiFi information and finally have cellular & internet service. Despite that, we would definitely return for a family trip in the future! Thank You!!

This house was perfect for our family of four children as we spent the week relaxing and having fun. Upon arrival the house was very clean and nicely decorated matching the online photo's perfectly. The pool was clean, heated, and perfect for evening swimming while cooking out on the grill. The house was stocked well with plenty of both bath and beach towels so that you did not have to wash every day. Definitely recommend this house if you have school age and above children. My two college sons loved having the game room available for late night fun while the younger two never wanted to get out of the pool.
