We provide driving directions, gate code access if needed, and a unique entry code for the door, after your balance payment is received.

A 20% deposit is required to reserve the home with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival

We accept payments in $ USD or £ GBP and other currencies at the prevailing exchange rate.
What should I do if I have a question or maintenance issue in the home?
There is a local management company who take care of the villa on behalf of the owner with contact phone numbers for non emergency matters during office hours and a 24x7 contact number for any emergency issues.

Beautiful house. Opted for the heated pool which was the perfect temperature. Also opted for the grill which we used to do Hamburger and hotdogs one night. Had some minor problems. You should know that there are NOT 4 parking spaces to each house.
