Area Information
Highlands Reserve villas located in Davenport, Florida just off HWY27. This luxury villa rental, golf course community is a great place from which explore all the world famous Orlando attractions. As you enter the community, and pass the welcoming waterfall, you drive down the main tree lined Highlands Reserve Blvd and pass the clubhouse on your right. Various golf holes can also be seen from either side of the road. The community also has a children’s play area.
The Highlands Reserve vacation rental community is split into seven subdivisions. Most have golf related names you will recognise including, Troon, Belfry and Gleneagles. If the names inspire you to enjoy a round of golf, then tee times can be booked at the clubhouse. The course is ideal for golfers of all levels. With wide open fairways, undulating greens and only one water hazard on the tenth hole.
For a different golfing experience why not try the Country Club at Champions Gate or Ridgewood Lakes both of which are nearby. Other local courses include Southern Dunes, Reunion Resort (3 courses) and Champions Gate (2 courses). So many options so little time!
After a hard round of golf why not check out the locals favourite bar, the Paddy Wagon! Located at Berry Town Center, the nearby shopping plaza, the Paddy Wagon has quiz nights, ladies night and lots of drink specials. As well as multiple tv screens showing all your favourite sports and English Premier football.

This is our third year at 522. Under new ownership it has been wonderfully upgraded. We only had a couple of minor things come up over our 4 month stay that were handled quickly and happily. If your Looking for a great spot to spend the winter it has my vote. Great owners, great managment and great accomodations. By the way the golf course has some design changes and was in fabulous shape!

We had a wonderful vacation on Birkdale Drive. The back yard was so private overlooking the Reserve. The heated pool and spa was just the perfect respite after a game of tennis or a long day at Universal Studios. Thanks for making your home available.

This home was outside Davenport, in a golf community in a neighborhood of similar homes. What we found was no matter who cleans a home, you will still need to do some cleaning. There were no toilet brushes, so you may have to purchase a cheap one to use if your stay is more than a couple of weeks. The only thing I will mention is we had to clean out the vacuum before we could use it. The vacuum was clogged up with dirt and the filter was completely coated with dirt. After cleaning it all, it worked fine. There were well stocked with dishware and glassware, nice things. Lot's of pot and pans and even a Keurig coffee pot and a drip coffee pot as well. You can not use the 2 car garage as there is no opener and the garage held a couple of nice table games of pool and ping pong table, dart game but no darts that we could see. We did use bottled water as the home water did not taste very good. The heated pool and spa was wonderful !! We had a very warm 20 days at this home and could use the pool everyday because of the warmer than normal temperatures for Florida. The pool man came 2 times while we were there from 2/8/23 to 2/28/2023 but only the last fella actually did much cleaning of the pool and that was on Feb. 23rd; he did a very good job. However, the last couple of weeks, I did notice some skin irritation that may have been from the chemicals. It cleared up within a few days of not using the pool. So not so sure if the Ph was just right or not. The carpet throughout the living room and master bedroom, needed to be cleaned and stretched or just replaced. The beds are firm if that is what you like, and the sofas are very comfortable. It's a lovely home and very roomy and we did enjoy being there. The house's blinds all worked really well. This home is in a pretty quiet neighborhood and very privet in back of the home. Yes, we would recommend this home. To contact the management, you have to send an email. I had no luck with calling them. They did respond quickly to an email, so I was happy with that.

I was one week away from our family vacation. I went to Florida Vacation rentals and was able to find a house. Every other site was unavailable for our dates since it was for a week. The home was beautiful. The air was out for 3 days but we had an awesome time. The home owner was awesome and made sure the a/c got fix as soon as possible.
