We provide driving directions, gate code access if needed, and a unique entry code for the door, after your balance payment is received.
When are my payments due?
A 20% deposit is required to reserve the home with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival

We accept payments in $ USD or £ GBP and other currencies at the prevailing exchange rate.
What should I do if I have a question or maintenance issue in the home?
There is a local management company who take care of the villa on behalf of the owner with contact phone numbers for non emergency matters during office hours and a 24x7 contact number for any emergency issues.

Excellent place for our family. Everyone enjoyed very much, lots of room, pool and game room were a hit. They could have gave a starter kit, kitchen not enough stuff, NO paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, etc. should have at least one of each. Not enough towels with pool too, for holding that many people. Got luggage rack that hooks into hitch stolen sitting on side of house. (Feel garbage people took) BUT it was a great location and comfortable house for my family. Would go again, just know to bring stuff with me. The most comfortable house my huge family has stayed in.

This was a gorgeous house we were probably the first family to stay here as it was a new house. Overall great visit however was missing several items in the home. Five of the bedrooms upstairs did not have remotes for the TVs, the doorbell did not work, Internet was very spotty Impacting the TV in a theater room the most.The kitchen was missing several items including a. colander and something to clean pots. The icemaker was also very slow to produce. Proximity to everything was great and the parking was outstanding. Other than that we had a great visit and would stay here again.
