There is a local management company who take care of the villa on behalf of the owner with contact phone numbers for non emergency matters during office hours and a 24x7 contact number for any emergency issues.

The house is great. Clean and so nice. We were 11 of us, 6 adults and 5 children of various age. Everyone had a very good time. It is very fun to go to the clubhouse and the pools there. We did not go there often, because the children liked the pool and hot tub at the house even better. Every room was very nice, beds very good and comfortable. Clean, comfortable beds are a must for us, and this house was it. There was not many downsides and no big one, just very small ones. It lacked bulbs in ceiling lights of few rooms and Netflix is not in every room and no barbecue. The biggest one was our online order did not come to the house. They could not find the address they said. You can not see it on every navigation system, just the newest ones. If you are going to the parks in Orlando, you should talk to the lady in the clubhouse. You get good discount there. The area around the house is nice and clean. We would recommend this house to our friends, and really want to go there again. Thanks Alison for your assistance.
