About the Property
Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house situated in the quiet, secluded neighborhood of Palm Island within minutes of all that Siesta Key has to offer. This well appointed house is a short 5 minute walk to the famous beaches of Siesta Key Beach (private beach access 10) and a 15 minute walk to the exciting shops and restaurants of Siesta Key Village. The house has just completed updating and is newly furnished with a heated pool. Linens and towels (beach and bath) are provided and are all new.
In addition to 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, the house has a large family room with an attached wet bar, a large dining room, a sitting area, a beautiful oversized screened porch overlooking the private pool, a large separate office with a washer/dryer and a lot of closet storage space. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a king size bed. There are two guest rooms - one with a queen size bed, en suite bathroom and large slider door that opens to the screened patio and an additional guest room with a twin size trundle bed and lots of closet space. A large circle driveway provides ample easy parking. WiFi provided; Two smart TVs in the house.
With the beach and the village short walks from the house, there is no reason to get in your car and fight the traffic. Just relax and take advantage of the white sand and clear water of the #1 rated beach in the country. Enjoy being in a private house and simply walk out the front door to enjoy a morning walk or relax on the private enclosed patio for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. No elevators or noise of condo buildings. Owner is located nearby and happy to provide information on local activities and resources.

As required by Siesta Key regulations, this property may not be rented for less than 30 days.
Additional $500/month for utilities, 12% tax on rent, $150 cleaning fee as well as $1000 refundable deposit to cover damages.

Palm island is a lovely neighborly residential area steps away from the beautiful beaches of Siesta Key without the noise of Beach Road. Siesta Key beaches are rated the #1 beach in the country year after year. The town center of Siesta Key is home to many great restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as shops, coffee places, several ice cream shops and a small market. Additional shops including a seafood market is located on the island. This house is located between both the north and south bridges making it easy to get off the island (not that you will want to!) and groceries can be delivered by Instacart.

Would Return if We Could!
We were so sad to leave Jessica’s lovely house on Palm Island, Siesta Key, after a comfy and restful month in March 2019. The house is so well situated - a quick walk to the gorgeous beach and about a ten minute walk from the fun Siesta Key Village! We spent most of our time in the fabulous screened porch, around the pool and walking our dog around the peaceful neighbourhood, but were happy to be able to settle into some Netflix binging in the spacious living room. The property manager lives right behind the property so when we needed something, or had a question, he was super helpful and on top of things! We would return to this property in a heartbeat.
