Living the Beach Life
My family and friends spent the month of February here. The hostess was extremely personable and went out of her way to accommodate us. She even greeted us upon arrival and went over details of the property. We were provided a text number and used it couple of times with questions. You could tell the owners took great care in the upkeep of their residence and we were fortunate they shared it with us.The beach was within walking distance, as was the Don Cesar and all of its splendor. One of the things that gave us great pleasure was taking daily walks observing the boats, birds, fwater fowl, pelicans, boats of all sizes, as well as the residences surrounding the area. We also visited the Don Cesar and walked around the shops inside as well as the cafés. From where we were located, we could even walk both sides of the bay bridge as there was a park that you could walk around and visit homes on the other side of the street without having to cross the busy street. We also had the availability of the free beach ride that would come to the residence and pick us up and return. The neighborhood was a friendly quiet neighborhood. Upon arrival, the residence was very clean with nice furnishings and just about everything one would need to spend a little or a lot of time here. The kitchen was furnished with an exspresso machine, regular coffee pot, small Keurig, large freezer with ice maker, range, dishwasher, numerous kitchen utensils and small appliances. There was a charcoal barbecue grill on site that we rarely used. There were two bathrooms upstairs, one in the master suite and one shared by two bedrooms. The house had a large dining room that would seat 8 to 10 people with comfortable chairs. The living room seated several people along with a large flat screen TVOne of the most impressive things about the residence was that from the front of the residence you could sit and watch a parade of boats pretty much on a daily basis but especially on weekends. The bay is literally at your front door and we sat on the boat dock a couple of times throughout the month but sat on front porch numerous times. In the back of the residence was the swimming pool along with a complete sectional outdoor seating group along with chairs and end tables. Downstairs there was also a sink and plenty of storage along with a garage and laundry room.I would highly recommend this residence to anyone looking for a stay on or near Saint Pete beach.

Deborah! I can not thank you enough. If I could review a guest, you would have all top ratings!! You are such a great communicator and left the house cleaner than you received it. You are all welcomed to return when you wish! I would consider you family friends at this point. Hope your travels were safe. Sincerely Betty
