Condo was very well taken care of. Balcony views were beautiful. The closet with the pool toys was a great added bonus! The pool with grills were life savers with a big group! We will be staying next year!

Everything was as described. We had 7 people and had no problems. Views were great. It was walking distance to Johns Pass and a short drive to all restaurants and major stores. Our grand kids found shells and shark teeth along the beach and watched the sea turtles hatch one night which was the highlight of the stay for them. Highly recommend this and am looking to plan a stay here again. Only negative thing we could find was it was a bit dated, but well maintained.

Definitely NOT "newly renovated" as advertised. (The apartment may have been repainted but is definitely not renovated in any way.) Dirty carpeting which smells musty and moldy, threadbare sheets, kitchen counters need replacing, bathroom is a disaster with corroded fixtures, mold and dust in the fan, baseboards filthy and in need of repair, terrible lighting. We asked for a toilet seat to be replaced and the pillows to be replaced which they did. Great location and great building , but the condition of THIS apartment is definitely not worth the price. Very disappointed.
