It offers a private, heated pool enclosed in a large lanai overlooking the 5th T box and fairway of Heritage Harbour Golf Course. The lanai & pool get sunshine nearly all day long with beautiful sunsets in the evening. The covered part of the lanai features the 32 in TV, gas firepit/table.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed and dresser with ample closet space. The second bathroom is a four piece bathroom. Our dining area will seat 6-8 people comfortably. Our home has a fully equipped kitchen with a natural gas stove, new fridge, dishwasher, and micro wave oven. It is nicely furnished with washer, dryer and is hot air heated with air conditioning and humidity control.

We have all the dishware, cutlery, pots and pans, bedding and linens that you will need. Just come and enjoy yourselves.
