Villa 5 is one of 5 homes we own in the same street on Crescent Lakes and is ideal for large groups, family reunions, church groups or sports teams. It has an over-sized deck and is south facing. Like all our other homes in Crescent Lakes the home offers free Wi-Fi, international phone calls, cable TV in all rooms, games room and games consoles. When you have decided to stay in our rental home, we will require a Booking Deposit within 3 days of confirmation, amounting to $150 or £100 per week.
A Damage / Security Deposit of $300 or £200 is payable with your balance 10 weeks prior to your vacation and is fully refundable after your stay, subject to our Management Companies satisfactory inspection of the Home.
Alternatively we offer a Damage Waiver option for $49/£35 which covers $1500 of Accidental damage.
Should you require Pool Heat, this is available at an additional charge of $25 or £15 per day, with a minimum charge period of 4 days. This is recommended during the winter months (October - March).
For stays of less than 7 nights there is a cleaning surcharge of $150. Additional mid-stay cleans can also be arranged. Daily cleaning / maid services are available if required (quote on request).
Are you tax exempt? If you can provide us with a copy of your current / valid Florida tax exemption certificate, we will deduct the Florida Sales tax of 7.5% from the above prices. (Church groups, Schools, etc. are likely to have these, which we are happy to accept).

About the owner: I have owned this house since 2007 and we love visiting when we can. THIS IS MY HOME... we are not a management company or rental agency but private individuals who look after guests from the moment of the inquiry right to the day you arrive home. We go above and beyond to ensure your vacation is truly hassle free and give as much information as we can. We enjoy doing this albeit I have a full time job away from the property rental.
Why this property? We chose Crescent Lakes for 2 main reasons. Firstly the lot sizes were larger than average; secondly the neighbourhood is quiet and friendly; thirdly we had great views and peace and quiet !

Pool area is truly fantastic, and the view is wonderful. Absolutely wonderful to have a ground floor master with a walk in shower Lots of dishes, and flatware - so many large homes do not have enough of those. Tons of pool towels available- excellent. We truly did not want for anything- thank you so much and we so appreciated the Christmas tree!

Can we book a late checkout or early checkin?
We always ask guests to contact us the week before arrival and we will confirm. If we have no back to back guests then absolutely, yes.
How do I know you are genuine?
Call me ! I can talk all day about Florida. We have owned homes since 2004 and are going nowhere until we retire! Plus we take credit cards for your protection.
Great place to stay!
We loved staying at this house! It had everything we needed and my boys loved the game room and pool/hot tub! I would definitely rent here again! They were also very accommodating during our stay!
