There is an open concept great room with both a dining area and living room / TV area, as well as a comfortable Patio room with views of the waterway and fellow boaters (and a 2nd TV). The house has great laundry facilities (incl. folding & hanging space), Cable TV, fast WiFi, and all of the furnishings, linens, and kitchen supplies to make you feel right at home. Garage has a second fridge, perfect for your bait and extra beverages.
Sea Gate Harbor Park is our local private park for homes in the subdivision. The park includes a private boat launch ramp, a basketball court and playground for the kids, a lovely picnic area, and benches from which to enjoy the beautiful St. Lucie waterway, fish, and watch boating activities.
