Nesting Season is May 1- Oct 31- Our beautiful beach is a nesting sanctuary during this time and does have a preserve area blocked. (There is still beach area to enjoy as well) As an added bonus you will have the opportunity to see the loggerhead and other sea turtle and bird species in this nesting area. Please do not disturb these areas.

This is 'Southern Belle', a gulf-front property situated on the quiet southern end of Fort Myers Beach across from Lovers Key (named one of Florida's top ten beaches by Travel Channel). Enjoy watching the dolphins play in the morning and the beautiful sunsets in the evening from your private screened-in lanai. Relax or stroll on the gorgeous white beach for some shells.
Area Information
Known as one of the top five locations in the USA for the most perfect weather! Ft Myers Beach actually consists of two islands: At the north end is a very small island, known as San Carlos Island. This island is caught between the bay and the ocean. Restaurants and marinas are the main staples of the island. Estero is the larger of the two islands, where you will find approximately 8 miles of shimmering white sugar sand. The north end of the island is known for its many hotels, ‘the pier’ and ‘Times Square.’ The pier is exactly that; many fish from the pier, and others observe the setting sun from this strategic location.

Carlos Pointe is a fabulous location, beautiful beach, quite, miles of white sands to walk on. 10-15 minutes down the road dine at some pretty terrific places ie., Bayfront Bistro, Pierside Grill just to name a few.

Cheri L.Amazing condo with even better views
Our family stayed in this condo for a week. It had absolutely everything you would need. We only needed to supply the food. The pool was perfect, and the private beach was great. We saw dolphins every day, and we also saw manatees. The owner was very friendly, helpful, and prompt when we had questions. I would highly recommend this condo and location.

The condo was perfect- neat, clean, equipped. The pool area was nice, plenty of chairs, sitting available in the sun or shade. Samantha was very helpful throughout our booking process. Lots of sandy beach to fly kites, play frisbee, go for long walks. Loved it.
