There is something for everyone at this waterfront vacation Tiki Hut home in Lauderdale by the Sea. Located in the private, gated neighborhood of Bel-Air. Walk to everything: the beach, great restaurants, shops. Enjoy a private pool overlooking the waterway, (heat extra), a new dock, a fun-filled game room with pool table & arcade, fully equipped kitchen and a state-of-the-art media room including an 80” HDTV with theater surround.
This walk to the beach home sleeps 10 with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Two of the bedrooms are master suites with a Jacuzzi tub and oversize walk in shower. Other amenities include stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops, washer and dryer, a margarita machine, PS4, 60 game arcade table, a pool table, free High Speed wireless WiFi, Keyless Ultra Secure Entry and an outdoor really cool surfboard shower, bicycles & kayaks on the property for you to enjoy as well!
Beach access is just across Ocean Blvd, with a pedestrian crossing traffic light for carefree access. Located just off of the Intra-coastal Waterway with deep water ocean access, bring your boat, or use our kayaks and paddle board or just relax and fish off the dock. You’re just steps from world class scuba and snorkeling. And there is a living coral reef within 100 yards of the shoreline.
Wireless high speed internet throughout the house. There are two master suites. Suite #1 - California Dreaming Suite with en suite bathroom with dual shower & double vanity, King Size bed, 42 in. LCD HDTV with 140 channels in HD. Suite #2 - Nantucket Jacuzzi master suite with King Size bed, and also a Day bed with twin trundle. This suite also has a sitting area for 2 people, Luxury Master bath with Jacuzzi, tub and shower.
3rd Surf & Swim themed Bedroom has 2 queen size beds with trundle twin pull out beds, if needed for extra sleeping. 4th bedroom Tommy Bahama bedroom has a Queen size bed with a 42” LCD HDTV with 140 channels in HD. 3rd bathroom has Ultra Rainfall shower with body sprayers & a sky light with direct access to the pool!
This Paradise Rental Retreats vacation home offers indoor and outdoor Tiki hut waterfront dining, 4 sunbathing lounge chairs, outdoor couch & chairs & 2 Adirondack chairs located on the 40 ft. dock - Bring your boat or rent one while you are here! This vacation home has a living room with plenty of seating. A well-equipped kitchen, service for 16, pots & pans even includes a Margaritaville Margarita maker. Everyone needs a frozen drink with an umbrella while they are on vacation! Outside bar area, outside sitting area, complimentary conveniences such as garbage bags, paper towels, dish washing detergent, & dish soap are provided. No need to pack dirty laundry! Laundry facilities are provided along with clothes detergent & fabric softener.
Head out to the many local restaurants or stay home and BBQ on our grill with Steak Sear burner and side burner. Propane is also provided for your convenience along with grilling tools and brushes.
This vacation home also offers two bicycles or whatever new funky things we like to do on vacation- we'll leave for you to enjoy while you are here with us! 2 Beach bikes, 6 Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys, sand pails & shovels - All for your use! Lauderdale by the Sea weeknights have live bands in the end of Commercial Boulevard. Outside Happy hours, ice cream shops, free morning yoga on the beach, weekend farm markets, free air conditioned shuttle that picks you up in front of the house- download the app and it lets you know when it is on its way! YOU WANT THIS PROPERTY FOR A PERFECT VACATION!! On top of an AMAZING location, steps from the beach, the house had it all! So much space with well thought out rooms, spa like showers (excellent water pressure), and a fantastic media and game room. The kitchen was a great size and had everything we needed. The pool and tiki bar were fabulous, and we rented a boat for several days that we kept right there at the house!! The beautiful beach features plenty of soft sand to walk on for miles and turquoise waters! We used what looked like brand-new bikes, beach chairs, and kayaks, so much fun! There were 8 of us for a girl's trip. There was so much sleeping space, everyone was very comfortable. We cooked and ate almost all our meals right at the house, the dining room table is huge and more than fit us all for some great meals. The smart TVs in every room were great, although we used the media room to watch movies and shows together, it was large enough to fit us all. Full-sized washer and dryer let us pack a lot less. The indoor/outdoor living was perfect for a Florida getaway. A couple times we took the boat to local restaurants where we just tied up and ate outside, such a bonus, and amazing memories! There are also many restaurants and shops within walking distance. We walked to the grocery store, liquor store, CVS, and Dunkin Donuts, just a few blocks away. This house is everything it says it is, and more. All us Moms agreed we will be back to this house with our families. It's perfect for one bigger family or a couple smaller families to share. We felt extremely safe the entire time we were there and walking around the area. Michelle was extremely responsive to any questions before and during our trip, we didn't need a thing the whole time we were there! So easy! Can't wait to come back!

This Coral Reef home was perfect for our two families. There are two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms which was ideal for the parents. The kids enjoyed the other two rooms. There was even more beds available if needed. The beds were comfortable. The house was decorated in a fun way. The pool table and game table were a hit with the kids. The pool area was comfortable and a nice retreat after the beach. We are a family who cooks, that being said, the kitchen has the basics. I guess people only use the dishwasher because there wasn't a dish drain for hand washed dishes. There was only two dish towels for drying hands and dishes. Also, the description says there will be detergent provided. There was dish soap and hand soap at most sinks. There wasn't any laundry soap and not even enough dishwasher tabs for a wash daily. If you plan on cooking in the home plan to buy EVERYTHING. Not even a salt and pepper shaker left behind. The walk to the beach was nice and the beach areas are clean and not crowded. The beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards were nice to have at the house for us to use. We walked to both nearby beach areas, the area to the right was a closer walk. The house location is convenient to the grocery store and any kind of food you could want. We didn't use the Pelican hopper as you would really have to plan your day to take advantage of that. If you have any issues, Michelle did take care of any requests we had. Overall the house was perfect for our vacation.

We had a great vacation. The home was everything that was advertised. We spent a lot of time by the pool, went to the beach which was a very short walk, went kayaking and spent a lot of evenings playing board games. The pier, restaurants and ice cream shop was an easy half-hour walk and the Sea Watch Restaurant was less than a 5 minute walk away. The bbq wasn’t working and it was replaced right away. We did pay to have the pool heated and it was worth every penny. Anyone who stays here will definitely enjoy their stay. Thank you for making our vacation wonderful.
