Florida Home on Intercoastal Waterway + Boat Dock

This clean, fully furnished home sits directly on the Intercoastal Waterway. The home has a private dock off of the back entrance, directly across from the boat access point in Park Pointe's harbor. Park Pointe is a 54-unit gated mobile home community located in Englewood, Florida. All Park Pointe guests have access to the park swimming pool and recreation center.

With new carpet throughout, this home features a lovely living room and TV area with stunning sunset views, new windows, and a double sleeper sofa; a comfortable dining area; a newly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and microwave; a full bathroom with a large shower/tub; a bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed, and 2 full size bedroom closets; a laundry room with washer, dryer and utility sink; a private boat dock off of the back entrance; and a one-vehicle car port.

This home comfortably sleeps 2 people, but can sleep up to 6 people, with the double sleeper sofas in the side room and living room. The home is a pet free, smoke free dwelling. All linens and towels are provided. All utilities are included in the rent.

Access to the Gulf of Mexico through Stump Pass is a 5-minute boat ride from our dock. We typically prefer a minimum of a four-month stay during the winter season, but we are open to accepting month long rentals in the off season.
