About the Property
All our clients love Villa Sansibar for its quiet location and spacious terrace. A special highlight is the big Lanai, which makes it possible for you to sit outside and enjoy the view over the wide canal come rain or shine. The west-facing poolarea offers great sunsets that you'll never forget! Sansibar has been renovated comprehensively in 2016, inkcluding new showers and bedrooms. The villa offers a well equipped kitchen and has been furnished and expanded affectionate by the owners.
Two of three bedrooms offer direct access to the terrace and a wonderful view over the pool and the canal, where you can watch fishes and pelicans in the morning hours.
The spacious livingroom offers a premium sofa, a big table and an open kitchen with view over the pool and bypassing boats.
Beautiful pool with solar heating for warm temperatures all year round. Comfy sunloungers and open-sky shower next to the pool.
New gasgrill invites you to cook outside and have you enjoy the best US steaks. Don't miss it!
