Is smoking allowed?
NO! No smoking inside the house, not e-cigarettes, no vaping. You can smoke OUTSIDE ONLY - cigarette ashes and butts must be discarded properly.

Right from the start the owner was most accommodating. Townhouse was Clean, nicely decorated and everything you needed to make meals. Close to the club house, pool and even a tiki bar. 24 hour security made it safe.
