No parties, events, ceremonies or gatherings involving additional persons are permitted on the premises. All overnight guests must be included in the guest count (this includes children). Please respect our neighbors - no loud music in the outside pool area.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the house.
Reservation must be in the name of a member of the traveling party who is 25 or older.
Any unlawful activity or excessive disturbances are grounds for eviction.
We ask guests to observe quiet hours after 10.00pm when in the outside deck/pool area.

Guests who cancel within 48 hours of the original booking will get back 100% of the amount paid less an administration fee of $50
Guests who cancel up to 46 days before arrival date will get back 100% of the rental amount paid less an administration fee of $100
Remaining balance payments are due in full 45 days before arrival date
Guests who cancel on or between 45 and 31 days before arrival date will get back 50% of the rental amount paid.

R & R in the Land of Sunshine!
Home was very comfortable and great size with very high ceilings and a wonderful Lanai with pool that had plenty of room for entertainment. We enjoyed the Pass through window from the kitchen to the Lanai to easily serve guest. Water in the pool was nice and clean and warm. Heated Pool & the Grill was included in the price. No nickel & dime stuff here. Location is close to the Marina and close to shopping . (Publix, Walgreen, & some fast food places) Host, Dallas, was very informative, and friendly and we really enjoyed our stay there.

Exceptional
Some say I am hard to please! This house did not let us down at all!! Clean, spacious, well decorated, and the the lanai/pool were amazing. We can’t wait to book again!!! Only negative was the shower in the primary bathroom. Little tricky to work. Thank you for hosting us!!!!
