Rental supplement for Christmas/New Year weeks/Easter & US holiday periods $18/night | $126/week (minimum nights rental may apply)

No parties, events, ceremonies or gatherings involving additional persons are permitted on the premises. All overnight guests must be included in the guest count (this includes children). Please respect our neighbors - no loud music in the outside pool area.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the house.

Reservation must be in the name of a member of the traveling party who is 25 or older.
Any unlawful activity or excessive disturbances are grounds for eviction.

We ask guests to observe quiet hours after 10.00pm when in the outside deck/pool area.

We had such a great time on spring break. This house was amazing! I love the comfort of home with AC, TVs, stocked kitchen and comfortable furniture. The best part was the warm pool and fishing from the canal. We caught all kind of fish everyday and my kids spent hours enjoying the pool. “OMG This is my new yearly spot. LOVED LOVED LOVED this house. When the girls and I walked in (Girls trip) we were so happy the house was so beautiful and clean and had EVERYTHING we needed. The pool area was great. Soooo many pics. The Master bedroom was beautiful. The house decor was beautiful. All the stores you need are close by. As I said this is my new spot in Florida.”

The home is absolutely gorgeous! Located in a nice quiet neighborhood and not too far from Sanibel and Captiva. This home has everything you could possibly need. It was very clean. Checking in/out was very easy. My family and I will definitely stay at this home again if we ever go back to Cape Coral.

R & R in the Land of Sunshine!

Home was very comfortable and great size with very high ceilings and a wonderful Lanai with pool that had plenty of room for entertainment. We enjoyed the Pass through window from the kitchen to the Lanai to easily serve guest. Water in the pool was nice and clean and warm. Heated Pool & the Grill was included in the price. No nickel & dime stuff here. Location is close to the Marina and close to shopping . (Publix, Walgreen, & some fast food places) Host, Dallas, was very informative, and friendly and we really enjoyed our stay there.

Exceptional

Some say I am hard to please! This house did not let us down at all!! Clean, spacious, well decorated, and the the lanai/pool were amazing. We can’t wait to book again!!! Only negative was the shower in the primary bathroom. Little tricky to work. Thank you for hosting us!!!!
