Anyone looking for a dream vacation is just right in the Villa "Summerdream". A villa with a very special ambience, bright and very comfortable. This is demonstrated also by the many regular guests.
Renovated in January 2018
Among other things, the roof has been renewed, a new coat of paint inside and outside, as well as the screen and the bathrooms.
The villa is ideally located close to the old Yacht Club area to get the boat quickly and without lock on the river.
The electrically heated pool is surrounded by a beautiful large terrace in southern exposure, which is sufficiently furnished with comfortable furniture. For the barbecue is also a gas grill available.
Six guests can be accomodated comfortably with three cozy bedrooms, two luxury bathrooms (new renovated), as well as a spacious living room with a typical American kitchen.

Area Information
Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in winter; even and especially in the summer you will feel comfortable here. On average, Florida has 330 sunny days a year. Daytime temperatures in the fall do little under 20 - 23 degrees. In midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 -35 degrees. A slight breeze from the Gulf of Mexico is always blowing. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and uninhabited islands, the subtropical dream islands of Sanibel and Captiva Iceland with its beautiful white, partially deserted beaches. You can reach these islands by car in a short time.

Minimum rent is 7 nights, at Christmas/New Year and Eastern season 14 nights.
Last minute and further specially offers available.
House damage deposit: 600.00 EUR
Security Deposit increases by 100.00 EUR per additional week at rentals over 21 nights.
