Two bedrooms with king size beds, still a third with two single beds, all lovingly and tastefully furnished. Then there is the master bathroom with a luxurious open plan shower and bathtub.
A billiard table and four bicycles are also available.

Area Information
Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in winter; even and especially in the summer you will feel comfortable here. On average, Florida has 330 sunny days a year. Daytime temperatures in the fall do little under 20 - 23 degrees. In midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 -35 degrees. A slight breeze from the Gulf of Mexico is always blowing. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and uninhabited islands, the subtropical dream islands of Sanibel and Captiva Iceland with its beautiful white, partially deserted beaches. You can reach these islands by car in a short time.

Security Deposit increases by Euro 150,00 per additional week at rentals over 21 nights.

Non-smoking Villa, smoking allowed only on the terrace

The home was very comfortable. spacious, very clean, and well decorated. The rental company was very easy to work with and very kind. The pool was warm, food storage plentiful, nice neighborhood, etc we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We were fortunate to find this great home available for us to stay during our visit to Cape Coral. The house is very nice, very clean and has all the amenities that we needed to feel like at "home away from home". Great location in a nice and quiet neighborhood but yet close to restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies and with very easy access to any area of Cape Coral being so close to Del Prado Pkwy and Pine Island Rd. Our stay got even better after we were greeted and checked in by Sally. Sally made the getting acquainted with the house very easy, helped us with any question throughout the entire stay and made us feel very comfortable. She is the best!! We liked it so much that we will come back to Villa Cortina for sure.

Don M.Clean and Comfortable
My wife and I needed to get away for a while and spend some time at the beach. We found this beautiful place online and booked it immediately. The pictures are great but they are surpassed by being there in person. Beautiful house, in perfect condition and pristinely clean. The first morning, Sally came over to greet us and provide any assistance with the mechanics of the house. Very helpful !! The pool was crystal clear and the grounds were manicured. We were so pleased with our stay and we will be back. We are looking forward to seeing Sally and Clause again next time we visit the Cape.
