FAMILY FRIENDLY, THREE BLOCKS FROM BEACH

There are three levels to this unit. The ground level has a carport, there is also what we call the Florida room. The Florida room has a sectional couch, a card table and a big flat screen TV for relaxing and playing games (some games available). On the second floor is the kitchen, half bath, dining room, and living room. There is also a balcony off the kitchen and living room. On the third floor are the bedrooms with two full bathrooms and laundry area. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the guest room has a queen size with a twin bed also. There is a balcony off each bedroom. There are TV's in living room and both bedrooms. This unit has stairs!! The complex has a great pool area and hot tub.


The condo has WiFi, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, outside grill, two bikes and a beach cart for walking to the beach. There is also beach towels. beach chairs, cooler and a few other beach items available for use.

Area Information

Townhouse Square is located on the south end of the Island, three blocks from south beach. Our unit is a end unit which makes it a little more private. Restaurants and grocery stores are all pretty close, you are on a island. The town of Naples is about half hour away with lots of stores and restaurants. There are golf courses in Naples. We keep a list of restaurants and things to do in a drawer in downstairs room.
