About the owner: Hello and welcome from Linda and Dan Ulmer. We have been looking for the dream home we could share and, after three years of vacationing on Manasota Key, we found our gem. We previously owned property in the Florida Keys and Dan had a large property management company so we are sure you will find us helpful and available 24 hours a day. We live in Cape Coral so we’re close. We still use our home when not rented so you will find it clean, comfortable and, most of all, friendly.
When searching for our home and living in the Florida Keys, we new we didn't want to be "stuck" on an island. Manasota is perfect. Shopping is close, wildlife is amazing and most of all we have beautiful water and the island abounds with shells and tropical surroundings. Our home was built in the 50's and totally reconstructed in 2017. It's wonderful to have the charm of an old Florida home while taking the worries out of problems created by age. We know it is essential to have two bathrooms and outside enclosed shower with outside living area.
Thru our own rental experiences we know the added expense of kayaks, bikes, float devises, balls, books, games, and the list goes on. We have it handled for you. Trust us, you will love it. We certainly do!
