Everything you need to cook and entertain is at your fingertips too in the modern kitchen.
A 75 inch flat screen television with a top of the line cable package awaits you in the living room. Both bedrooms have 48 inch televisions.
Both bedrooms are spacious with walk-in closets; a California King bed in one and a Queen in the other.
The patio is large with a tastefully furnished conversation area to enjoy cocktails with friends.
A chefs grill is also available for cooking up juicy steaks and other delicious fare.
Timber Pines is a unique place. Those who are lucky enough to have discovered it know that there's no place like it. There are breath taking vistas from all 4 golf courses. The Lakes and the Hills are amazing courses and are free. The Grand Pines is an exceptional course. The fee is $21.00 for 18 holes. There's also the chip and putt. At the driving range a large bucket of balls is only $3.00. Both pro shops have putting greens with spectacular scenic views to practice on.
Two beautiful pools with hot tubs are open 24/7. The staff is happy to serve up cocktails/drinks and delicious meals from hot dogs and hamburgs to more sophisticated fare while you soak up the rays. Your favorite (alcoholic) beverages are always two for one at the Country Club!
Why Kids Love It
There are a number of attractions such as Weeki Wachi, Treasure Island and Pine Island that are big hits with the young ones. Disney World and Sea World are approximately 70 miles east.
Timber Pines is located in Spring Hill, a popular shopping destination and part of the Nature Coast. It's only 3 miles from the Gulf of Mexico.
Attractions Within Walking Distance
The Timber Pines Lodge is just a short walk from your front door! It's there you'll find a gorgeous pool and hot tub, pickle ball and tennis courts, bocce ball, shuffle board, a pro shop, wood working shop, billiard room, and gym. The administration building, library with computers, as well as separate rooms that accommodate activities from painting, pottery and crafts to bridge and book club. There's a club for almost every activity. The Lodge where you'll meet up with new friends that share your interests.
The Timber Pines "Friday Flash" and Monthly Bulletin will keep you in the know. All the clubs and activities/events are listed.
Favorite Places To Eat
Where to begin? Just about any chain restaurant you can think of is right outside the gate. There's Red Lobster, Chili's, Perkins, IHop, Outback Steak House, Sonny's BBQ, Bonefish Grill, Cabraras, Bob Evans, Ruby Tuesday's and McDonalds.
If you're looking for something a little more Tiki Bar, Sam's Beach Bar and the Tropical Grill aren't far. Both have fantastic live music too.
Cracovia is a stone's throw away from the front gate and has a menu loaded with delicious comfort food at very reasonable prices.
Of course, you can't beat Cody's two for one fajitas on Tuesday night and two for one drinks before 7pm every night, and it's only a minute drive from Timber Pines.
But why go outside the gate when the best deal around is at the Country Club dining room? You won't be able to resist getting out your camera to snap a picture of the phenomenal scenery outside and in. The vaulted ceilings and 15 foot high windows allow for amazing views from just about anywhere you sit.
Sip a cold chardonnay and watch the sunset over the 18th hole. Make sure to call for reservations though. Most evenings are busy during the winter months, especially Tuesday night when they have "The Main Event". The music is sure to have you out of your chair and onto the dance floor.
Collared shirts for men are required. No sneakers or jeans are permitted. It's worth dressing for. The food is superb, very reasonably priced and served with professionalism and warmth by the wait staff.

About the owner: We're second generation. My parents moved to Timber Pines in the early 1990's. It's only gotten better since then. We couldn't wait to buy!
Terry Suchanek is an R.N. and novelist and Dick Suchanek is a retired police sergeant and contractor. They are from Ma. but live full time in Timber Pines now.
Why this property? We experienced such high demand for our first rental property in Timber Pines buying another seemed like a smart investment. We loved the location of the villa and the fact the village it's located in is pet friendly.

Timber Pines Rental
Here's the best review, we've enjoyed our stay SOOOO much that we have purchased a residence in the community. Our particular rental is CLEAN, CLASSY AND COMFORTABLE. The owners are spectacular. You wouldn't even know they live nearby except they've been superbly responsive on a couple of minor requests and I've had the good fortune to have tennis in common with the owners. I honestly can't think of one thing missing. Some might even laugh when I say, I (might) have liked a leaf blower on site to keep the back patio even more inviting than it is already. Great outdoor furniture and new grill. Thank you Terry and Dick, it's been a fabulous stay.

We look forward to returning to this property. Terry and Dick were very easy to deal with in arranging our stay. The unit was clean and up to date. We found the unit spacious and all facilities were operational. The area, with golfing, swimming, areas to walk, and such a central location was fantastic.
