The apartmemt has a side view to the ocean
Our parking lot and pool have been removed Unfortunately we do not know when construction on a new pool and parking garage starts.
Parking is provided 2 blocks south of the building. A 2-3 minute walk. One can still drive up to the building and unload luggage’s and groceries

The location is amazing - the beach is on the doorstep! This is a great family-friendly condo. Eva (the owner) was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Very friendly neighbors! Grocery stores, Shopping & restaurants are close by. That morning view is priceless and the beach is not crowded. My family had a blast and will definitely return if available for future trips.

This unit was just perfect for what we needed! So clean! Eva thought of everything to have available for her guests! She couldn’t be more accommodating! We had two couples stay comfortably! Just steps to the beautiful beach. We will definitely stay here again....for longer!

James S.Best location on the boardwalk
My girlfriend and I stayed here for two weeks. We have stayed here in the past and it is always great. The owner-Eva is super nice. It has a great view of the beach and all the supplies you can ask for. It is in a nice quiet part of the boardwalk. If you want music and food you just walk down the beach. You don't even need a car there is so much to do there. The boardwalk is over 2 miles long, with tiki bars and restaurants galore. Music is played most nights
