All the amenities of home provided in a fully furnished house with full kitchen and appliances. Nice backyard with patio, private backyard, and palm trees to promote a relaxed atmosphere. Tropical ocean breezes are abundant on most days.
A large open concept living room and dining room includes a baby grand piano, couch and 2 chairs. The front bedroom provides a king size bed and the back bedroom has 2 twin beds. The bedrooms have quiet double pane windows. There is a living room sofa and folding cot in the back bedroom for additional sleeping options. The bathroom has a combination shower and bathtub. The utility room has a stacked washer and dryer. It has a large size eat in kitchen stocked with all basic appliances and cookware. There is an additional dining room table. The carport in front provides covered parking for one car and additional parking for other vehicles or boat. Many extra homelike amenities are offered like detergent, paper goods, and beach equipment.

Great home to stay in ..
We totally enjoyed our stay in this great home . Great quiet safe neighbourhood , we had our bikes with us great area for biking , a lot of stores near by , nice yard for our dog . Can take city transportation to beach takes 20 minutes , cost $2 each way we took chairs that are at the house at this home are very good pans , dishes , sheets ,towels , nice to have the washer and drier along with a outside wash line . Lynn is very quick at responding to your emails if you need anything . We are from Canada and loved to get to the sun , would enjoy to come back to this home . Thank you Lynn

Wonderful Vacation Rental !
My Wife and I had a great stay! The home is in a pleasent neighborhood, with a great location to many restaurants, shopping and activities. Only three miles to the ocean. The home is very comfortable with a beautiful back yard. We highly recommend it!
