Weekly rentals Sat. to Sat. Our 2-bedroom condo--F401 has beachfront views complete with sliding glass doors that open full width of the living room to allow for sea breezes and sounds the surf. Weekly Sat. to Sat. We offer a large screened balcony with furnishings. Our condo has been professional designed with upscale kitchen and baths. Sundial F401 condo sleeps 6 (king bed, two queens in guest room, queen sofa sleeper), is fully equipped, and decorated in tropical colors. Because this is our own vacation home, we furnish some extras--washer/dryer, ceiling fans as well as AC, 3 cable TVs,, DVD, high speed Internet, stereo, binoculars, hair dryers in baths, beach chairs, beach towels, picnic cooler for the beach, beach toys, games, books, etc. Also view our Sundial 1-bedroom , other 2-bedroom Sundial B306

This Sundial condominium package offers 1/2 mile of uncrowded beach, 4 swimming pools, free wireless internet, BBQ grills, and more.

Please don't confuse us with the adjoining Sundial Resort. Our condos are updated, clean, and we provide extra amenities you would not receive at the neighboring Resort property. We offer uncrowded beach, use of 4 heated condo swimming pools, BBQ grills, free wireless internet, and shuffleboard.

Adjoining Sundial Resort is a separate property. Open to the public at the Resort are tiki bar, restaurants, pizza kitchen, Bailey's Marketplace, tennis, pickleball, spa services, and Sanibel Sea School. All other Resort amenities are restricted.

Cancellation Policy: Non-refundable booking fee and $50 administrative fee for all cancellation and must be 90 days prior to arrival. Within 90 days prepaid monies may be forfeited if condo cannot be rebooked at same rate/terms. Travel insurance is offered and recommended to protect your vacation investment.

We just arrived home from our trip to Sanibel & had an amazing time. We rented a condo at Sundial at Sanibel F401. We were so happy that we did! This unit is truly a home away from home. It’s well appointed & tastefully decorated. The kitchen has everything you will need from making coffee to baking cookies to mixing margaritas! The views are amazing! We overlooked the pool & had a terrific view of the ocean. We drank coffee on the lanai in the morning & cocktails in the evening. Also, the beach storage area was well stocked with new beach chairs, umbrellas & lots of children’s play toys. The complex is well maintained & taken care of. The landscaping is lush & well manicured. The pool area has lots of lounge chairs, multiple umbrellas & a beautiful pool. The best part is the distance between the pool & ocean are only footsteps away so you can take advantage of both. As vacations go, I can highly recommend ( this condo. We will be back soon! Beautiful home with wonderful views of the gulf of Mexico. Well appointed with all the necessary items needed. Plenty of room, natural light and many upgrades. Are supplies furnished?

With my condo, you have starter supplies intended to meet your needs immiately so you don't have to run out to the store. Furnished are paper towels, dishwasher soap, liquid dishwashing soap, coffee filters, 4 coffee pods, box of tissue for each bath, two rolls of toliet tissue for each bath, individual shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bath soap, and vanity soap.

What amenities are included

Beach access, condo swimming pool (shown in photo), BBQ grills, free parking, wifi, and shuffleboard.

Do I have access to Sundial Resort amenities (property adjoining)
