Guestbook comments from the owner:
We stayed here back in September and the house is great. Well stocked kitchen, clean, and nicely decorated.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long is the boardwalk?
800 feet - it takes me 3 minutes to walk to the beach. It really is a nice serene walk via boardwalk and the house has a cart to help haul your gear
Do you charge extra for pool heat?
No we do not. We turn the heaters on when the water temp falls to 84 and keep it on until it is to cool at night to heat (after Thanksgiving - Feb) We turn them back on for the spring 1st week of March until it is warm enough to maintain 84 or higher temps.
Our Happy Place!
We had such an amazing adventure visiting the Cape this year and having this lovely home to stay in was the icing on the cake. Teresa and Terri are amazing to work with and made our stay just perfect! We absolutely love the location and our boys were thrilled about the pool. Just a great experience we hope to repeat year after year!

I love to hear how people love Knotty Pelican! This home is on the south Cape and lots of people do not give it a chance because everything they see online says go to the north Cape - well the south Cape is special too in it's own right. It's quieter, more natural, serene. The beach is wider, the point is within walking distance (sand bar that sticks out into the water - walkable at low tide). The fishing is great too! The house is soooo cute!
