Palm Point is a stunning 3bed/2bath single family in Marathon on the gulf side of town. This property has stunning open water views with a brand-new concrete pool.
The home has an open concept kitchen & dining room, while the living room over looks the pool & water. Off the kitchen you will find the laundry room.
Master has king bed with en suite bath, one guest bedroom has king bed and other guest room has two twins. Shared hall bath.
Rooftop deck out back over looking pool & water way.

This home is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The house is in a beautiful location and has spectacular views via huge pictowindows from the living room and master bedroom. We spent much of our time on the dock out back fishing and watching the manatees play. We were on our honeymoon and feel like we hit the jackpot. The was immaculately clean and would be perfect for a family as well. It is also the perfect location in the middle keys to be able to visit other islands, but Marathon has plenty to keep you entertained. You can’t go wrong with this beautiful vacation home!
