Two bedroom, two bath, 1,120 sq ft, fully-furnished, third floor condo with balcony located on the fantastic 750 feet wide white sand beach at Treasure Island's epicenter of holiday fun on Gulf Blvd near 107th Ave/Central Ave. Watch sunsets from the balcony or the swimming pool. The unit comes with dishes, cups, saucers, mugs, glasses, eating utensils, pots, pans, small kitchen appliances, linens, towels, a starter kit of sanitary items, telephone with free calls to anywhere in the US and Canada, password protected Wi-Fi and cable connected 32' flat screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom. A clothes washer and dryer are located on the floor across the outer hallway. Only personal items and food need to be brought by the holiday maker. Condominium amenities include a beautiful common area lounge, pool table, ping pong table, heated swimming pool and under building car park. Travel by auto to Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is about an hour and to Disney World and Orlando is a drive of about two hours, an hour to Sarasota over the Sunshine Skyway Bridge, approximately forty-five minutes to the Greek Fishing and Sponging Village of Tarpon Springs, twenty-five minutes to Clearwater Beach, fifteen minutes to the laid back Pass-a-Grille, about fifteen minutes to downtown St Petersburg, Vinoy Park and The Pier, and five minutes to John's Pass. Don't want to spend extra money on a rental car and just want to enjoy the fabulous beach? Take the Super Shuttle from Tampa International Airport to the condo which is conveniently located near restaurants, daytime highlights, nighttime activities and a fully stocked supermarket all within easy walking distance. The Suncoast Beach Trolley stops in front of the condo in both directions on Gulf Blvd, and runs from Pass-a-Grille to the south to Clearwater to the north where it connects to the Jolly Trolley that goes all the way to Tarpon Springs. The Madeira Beach Water Taxi and Ferry stops behind the Middle Grounds Grill across Gulf Blvd from Treasure Sands and makes a two-hour loop around Boca Ciega Bay in Treasure Island and Madeira Beach including a stop of John's Pass. Rental is monthly, two people per bedroom for a maximum of four guests, no pets, no smoking.

100% refund if canceled at least two months before the arrival date, excluding Background Check and Condo Association Processing Fees. 80% refund if canceled less than two months prior to the Check-in Date, and if another renter for the same period cannot be found, excluding Background Check and Condo Association Processing Fees.

Why this property? We live about three miles north of Treasure Sands on Gulf Blvd in Madeira Beach. When this condo on the Gulf of Mexico beach became available in 2011, we immediately purchased it with the idea our children or grandchildren may one day live there. Had we not earlier bought our residence condo in Madeira Beach, we would have bought this one in Treasure Sands for our personal residence. We have found other owners and repeat renters at Treasure Sands are wonderful people, as have been our renters from North America, the United Kingdom and Ireland. We especially cherish our repeat renters with whom we have established trust and rapport. We treat all our renters as we would wish to be treated on our holiday, and are flattered that they return year after year.

December Vacation
We had a wonderful time during our stay during the month of December. The Treasure Sands unit 304 was well equipped and met every need. On the beach with a fantastic view of the gulf this unit gives you all you can ask for in beauty. The unit is also very comfortable inside. It was just like being at home away from home. The owner of the unit , Mr. Simala, was very helpful with great directions and guiding us through check in. He also informed us of a couple of Christmas displays of lights in Treasure Island and the St Pete areas. They were nice to see, so nice we returned another evening. We were delighted with the area and especially with Treasure Sands. There was zero noise and the people we met who either lived there or were visiting were very friendly. I highly recommend Treasure Sands and unit 304 if you are planning a trip to Treasure Island, Florida.

Florida Paradise!
I would recommend this 2 bedroom condo overlooking the beach and the gulf. The condo contains all the amenities for you to enjoy your stay. The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful.There is a heated pool for your enjoyment. Also, it is close to many restaurants, stores and a Public grocery store.The condo building itself is clean and safe with numerous cameras covering all the entrances. Relaxing on the balcony while watching the beautiful sunsets is one of our favorite activities.We recommend this condo for your Florida vacation.

Beautiful View
We stayed at the Treasure sands in June 2018 for 2 weeks. The location is outstanding about a 100 yd walk to the beach and the gulf. The view from the condo was overlooking the Pool and Gulf of Mexico was absolutely stunning. The condo had 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms that were quite spacious as well as a well equipped kitchen and dining room and Living room. Very well kept and close to restaurants and stores! The owner Florian made check in very easy with instructions that were very easy to follow and was very helpful answering questions. We would stay here again without hesitation! Ralph and Elisa
