About the Property
If spaciousness is what you desire then Sunset View with over 2000 square feet of living area, is what you have been searching for. This large well equipped, fully air conditioned, 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom home is set on a 1/5 acre plot with a larger than average 30 x 15 ft south west facing pool which can be heated in the cooler months, it is the ideal place to relax after a day at the theme parks.
The formal lounge has a three seat settee and a two seat settee, coffee table and mini HiFi this is a quiet place to relax after a long day at the parks, perhaps with a book chosen from the large selection in the bookcase.The dining room has a table and 6 chairs and is large enough to seat eight in comfort. Whilst the family room has alarmed patio doors leading out to the pool and deck area, it has a ceramic tiled floor with a three seat settee, a two seat settee. an armchair, it's an ideal place to sit and relax with the family to watch a movie on the 55" high definition flat screen T.V, there is also a Blue ray DVD and PS2.
The well equipped kitchen has ceramic tile worktops, twin sinks with waste disposal, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice maker, a toaster, coffee maker, a kettle and teapot. There is enough cutlery, crockery and glassware for ten, and utensils to make a gourmet meal if desired.A small supply of coffee, creamer, sugar, teabags, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets are provided. We can also supply a welcome pack, please ask us for details. The kitchen also has a nook with a table and four chairs for more informal meals or a light snack.
The Master bedroom is located at the rear of the house and has a queen-size bed, 2 bedside cabinets, mirrored dresser, 27" flat screen TV and a radio alarm clock. A crib is stored in the large closet for any young guests.The en-suite has a shower over the bath, twin basins, vanity unit and WC. A hair dryer is provided for guests. A small welcome selection of soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are provided for our guests.
Bedroom 2 is located at the front of the house, it has a queen-size bed, 2 bedside cabinets, mirrored dresser, closet, TV, and radio alarm clock.
Bedroom 3 is also located at the front of the house and has twin beds, a bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, closet & TV.
Bedroom 4 is located at the rear of the house and has twin beds, a bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, closet.
The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, single basin, vanity unit and WC. A hair dryer is provided for guests.
A downstairs cloakroom is located off the family room and has a basin, vanity unit and WC.
The separate laundry room is equipped with a large washing machine and tumble dryer.
All towels including pool towels are provided. A small welcome selection of soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are provided for our guests.
The south west facing 15' x 30' ft pool is larger than those offered in many other villas,it is fully enclosed with a fence and is not overlooked from the rear.
There is a patio table with 4 chairs and sun umbrella, there are 2 reclining chairs with foot stalls and 4 sun loungers, so all the family can relax around the pool.
If you wish to dine outside a BBQ is provided for your use.
The house is located on the well established deed restricted community of Spring Lake a sub division in the Meadow Woods neighbourhood and is conveniently situated to the Osceola Parkway and the Greeneway (417) both giving easy and direct access to Disney, approximately 15 minutes drive, whilst Sea World, Universal, Mall at Millenia and the Premium Outlets are all within a 20 minute drive. Less than 1 mile from the house is a choice of supermarkets, banks, family restaurants, fast food outlets, and other retail shops. A 24 hour Wal-Mart is only 5 minutes away.

A $200 security deposit is required with final payment, this is required to provide security against any malicious damages, inventory discrepancies, excess housekeeping or excess trash. Subject to satisfactory inspection of the house after departure the money will be refunded within 14 days.
A $250.00 deposit per week is required to confirm your dates and secure your accommodation. The reservation is not confirmed until your deposit is received.
Minimum age for renters is 24 years.
