The pool deck has ample patio furniture to relax, unwind and watch the sun go down! In-house leisure activities include 52" HDTV with upgraded cable and bluray player to lounge, wall mounted flatscreen cable TV to main bedrooms, PS2, CD Hifi, assorted books, DVD's, videos, games and board games, electronic darts. With FREE super hi-speed wifi for your mobile devices and *FREE phone calls to US/Canada and Europe. Well appointed kitchen, equipped for your every need with loads of gadgets, crockery, cutlery, pots pans 'n all, whether you eat in or take out the choice is yours! Full laundry facilities with all linens and towels provided. Golf clubs, tennis rackets and fishing poles provided for fun within the gated community! 5 Burner gas barbeque plus garden chairs and oversized cool box for those days out. There is also complimentary use of cot, highchair and stroller for our younger guests.

Area Information
Situated on Hwy27S, the community features include 24-hour manned gatehouse, Championship golf course voted in the top 100 modern courses in all America, large communal swimming pools, small gym, library, tennis courts, fishing lake and children's play area.
The Country Clubhouse has a top class restaurant and bar, and there is also a pro-golf shop too.
A few minutes walk is a 24-hour Walmart and pharmacy, Dollar Tree, banks, petrol stations, restaurants and fast food outlets.
The Heart of Florida Hospital and a General Walk-in Medical Centre is close by on Hwy27 (which hopefully you won't need to visit!).
Tourist Information is located on the right after leaving the I4, and has much to offer including interactive games and discount voucher books.
Disney Parks are 20-25 minutes without the daily battle on the 192, Seaworld and International Drive 20 minutes and Universal Studios 30 minutes.
Further afield is Kennedy Space Centre and either coast are just over an hour away. To take in the Rays baseball at Tropicana stadium is also about an hour away at Tampa. Also in Tampa is the Dali Museum.

We stayed here and the villa has everything you need. Clean, spacious and with every utensil and appliance you can think of. The villa is in a gated community and there are so many shops and restaurants on your doorstep. The owner also gives great tips on what to do in the area and places to eat. I’d recommend this villa to anyone and I’d jump at the chance to stay there again. I’m already missing the place. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
