Thomas F.Absolutely perfect home for a stay away from home retreat!!!
My husband and I stayed at this beautiful home for 6 weeks. It was PERFECT! We were in a very nice neighborhood, had great neighbors, were able to take our daily walks and had just a 10 minute walk to a small shopping center with a gym, several bar and grills, a Dollar Store and a Belk store. It was about a 30 minute drive to Sanibel Beach or a 15 minute drive to Fort Myers. We enjoyed their beautiful heated pool on a daily basis. It was so easy to communicate with the owners, Mary Ann & Buck. They were available with answers to any questions immediately. The house was equipped with anything you could possible need. We are hoping to come back next year and stay 2 full months! We both are already looking forward to it.... You will not be disappointed at this beautiful home for your next get away!!

Sunset Villa was a comfortable, relaxing rental home. It was beautifully furnished. The owners were responsive to requests. It is located near shopping, beaches and attractions. There was a problem with the pool heater but the owners got that fixed. We enjoyed our respite away from the winter!

It was unfortunate a 2 year old pool heater, didn't like the cold snap, thankfully the tech was able to get out right away. This property is outstanding. Very clean and comfortable. Private pool area. Home has everything you need. Close to restaurants and shopping. Great neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it. Looking forward to our next visit.
