Minimum Rental: 28 Days "The Palms #214" is a gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. This is a gated complex located directly on the Atlantic Ocean. This unit has unobstructed views of the ocean from the master suite and the balcony. Wake up every morning, open the curtains and view a panorama of the Atlantic Ocean directly in front of you! The kitchen has been updated and comes completely equipped with pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, flatware, glassware and everything you need to prepare a simple or gourmet meal. Both baths have been updated and all linens are included.
The condo complex offers a wide range of activities - swim or snorkel directly from the property, swim in the heated pool or soak in the hot tub at the water’s edge. Bring your kayak and put it in the water using the little boat ramp. Motorized boats are not permitted. If you want to limit your sun exposure relax or take a nap you can do so under the Tiki in one of the lounge chairs. There are separate men’s and women’s exercise rooms with showers and a sauna. Condo Association Charges: There is a required application and a fee of $100.
Accidental Damage: $45 covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay.
