"The Palms #407" is a charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with updated kitchen and baths. Walk out onto your balcony and enjoy the sea breezes and ever changing ocean views. The comfortable furnishings and convenient floor plan provide an inviting place to call home. You will enjoy your stay in this upscale gated complex located directly on the Atlantic Ocean with restaurants and activities nearby. The condo complex offers a wide range of activities - swim or snorkel directly from the property, a heated pool for swimming any time of year, and a community hot tub at the water's edge. Bring your kayak and put it in the water using the little boat ramp. There are racks that can be rented during you stay for a nominal fee to store any of your non-motorized water toys - kayak, sunfish, paddleboard, etc. If you want to limit your sun exposure while relaxing near the pool or ocean in one of the lounge chairs you can do so under the pergola or thatch roofed Tiki. Separate men's and women's exercise rooms offer different types equipment and privacy. Both facilities are equipped with showers and a sauna.

Rate Details: Rent is $2400 to $4100 per month. Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help with other properties. Please call the office. Additional Charges: $200 departure cleaning fee; reservation fee 3.9% of base rent; $100 Condo application fee and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit: $500. Utility Caps/Mo: $125 for electricity.
Accidental Damage: $45 covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay.

We have really enjoyed staying in Unit 407 at the Palms this year. From the balcony we can see the sun coming up each morning, and from the walkway we can see the sun going down each evening.
