Rate Details: Rent is $4000 to $5250/month. If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help with other properties. Please call the office. Additional fees include: $200 exit cleaning fee; reservation fee 3.9% of base rent; $100 condo application fee; and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit: $500 with accidental damage insurance or $1,000 without. Utility Caps/Mo: $200 for electricity. The owner pays up to this amount. If there is an overage, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit and a copy of the bill will be provided.
Accidental Damage: $45 covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay.

The pool, tiki bar and dock are all top notch. The ocean views are amazing. All equals the perfect family vacation.
We loved it even more this year! The view from the ocean front balcony is amazing and we never tired of sitting out there watching birds of all kinds, activity on the dock and in the water, awesome sunrises and the many colors of the ever changing emerald ocean. I even slept out on the balcony one night during the full moon just to breathe in every aspect of this peaceful place. My only regret was that I was lulled to sleep so quickly by the gentle waves. The master bedroom is perfect with a huge front window spanning the width of the room and sliding glass doors opening onto the balcony. We were awakened each morning by the sun's warmth and amazing sunrises. The living room is comfortable and the kitchen ample for all our needs. We did enjoy the beach, pool and dock almost every day. This is a wonderful unit and Beacon Reef has such beautiful landscaping as well as being very close to many tasty restaurants. We definitely hope to stay at Beacon Reef many more years.
