Rate Details: Rent is $4000/month (Sept thru Nov); $4800/month (May thru Aug); and $5300/month (Dec thru April). Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help with other properties. Please call the office. Additional Charges: $230 departure cleaning fee; reservation fee 3.9% of base rent and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit: $500. Utility Caps/Mo: $150 electricity. Condo Association Charges: There is a required application and a fee of $100.
Accidental Damage: $45 covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay.

It is comforting when you first check in to know everything you need is there on the property. More importantly the Keys Holiday Rentals personnel have gone out of there way to make sure everything is operating properly. They meet you and take you into the property and explain everything. If you have any questions during your stay they are available. The location of this complex is superior. It is central to all the restaurants and shopping we enjoy. There is the new Publix grocery is right across the street! The complex is constantly kept neat and manicured. Nothing but beautiful views inside and out.
We love staying at Beacon Reef and booking through Keys Holiday Rentals. The unit is nicely decorated and conveniently located in the complex. We have booked it again for next year. Andy and her staff at Keys Holiday Rentals are always friendly and helpful and professional. Their location is super convenient and they were very attentive. We would highly recommend them.

Can't say enough great things about our stay at Beacon Reef 310!! From the moment you walk into the condo we knew we loved it, The whole place had that bright tropical feel about it.. The view from the deck was amazing, what a picture to wake up to every morning.The owners have thought of everything. the complex is amazing with everything you need right there. We didn't won't to leave. We would recommend this condo to anyone.. Can't wait to return.

Clean, well equipped, phenomenal views, and friendly residents. Realty staff was very helpful and responsive to any issues that came up. Great spot for kids as well, and very close to many top restaurants.

PERFECT VACATION GETAWAY!
This beautiful condo was beautifully decorated for the island appeal. Very clean, and conveniently located. Everything we needed for a PERFECT vacation. Pool and Grounds were also immaculate, with a very friendly atmosphere. I can not wait to get back!
