Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help with other properties. Please call the office. Additional Charges: $230 departure cleaning fee; reservation fee 3.9% of base rent and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit: $500. Utility Caps/Mo: $150 electricity. Condo Association Charges: There is a required application and a fee of $100.

Accidental Damage: $45 covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay.

Great stay.
Clean, well equipped, phenomenal views, and friendly residents. Realty staff was very helpful and responsive to any issues that came up. Great spot for kids as well, and very close to many top restaurants.

PERFECT VACATION GETAWAY!
This beautiful condo was beautifully decorated for the island appeal. Very clean, and conveniently located. Everything we needed for a PERFECT vacation. Pool and Grounds were also immaculate, with a very friendly atmosphere. I can not wait to get back!
