MINIMUM STAY: 28 NIGHTS Lyons Landing is an exceptional single family home with pool, dock, boat lift and outdoor living area located in the prestigious neighborhood of Venetian Shores in Islamorada. Everything you need for a spectacular vacation awaits you in this extraordinary home. 3 bedrooms and two baths on the upper level plus a bedroom and bath on the ground level offer comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to 10. This home features open-concept living on the main living level plus a magnificent screened balcony with dining facilities and comfortable sitting areas overlooking the pool and dock. On the ground level, you’ll love the covered outdoor living area with flat screen TV and outdoor furnishings. The bar with bar stools, ice machine, large gas BBQ grill, padded lounge chairs and an umbrella complete the outdoor furnishings. The concrete dock offers a fish cleaning station, water, electricity, and optional use of the boat lift. There is an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off from the boat before jumping into the pool. WiFi is included.

While the inside of the home is perfect for a day lounging inside, the outdoor areas are perfect for fun in the sun! The large dock offers ample space for your boat with space to fish as well. The dock offers water, electric, and a fish cleaning station. The large pool has a heater and a chiller to keep the temperature perfect, and the numerous seating and lounging chairs offer ample space for the whole family. The outdoor covered television area offers a flat screen tv, bar, ice machine ($100 extra to use), dining table, and a built in speaker system with an option to hook your phone up!

Rate Details: Monthly Rent: Monthly Rent: $11,000 (Dec thru August) and $9,750 (Sept thru Nov). Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help with other properties. Please call the office. Additional Charges: $360 departure cleaning fee; $200 processing fee, and 12.5% state and local taxes. (b) Ice Machine: $100/mo. Refundable Security Deposit: $1000 with Accidental Damage Insurance or $2500 without. Utility Caps/Mo: $325 water and $450 electricity. The owner pays up to this amount. If there is an overage, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit and a copy of the bill will be provided. Pet Fees: Pets are accepted at this property on a case by case basis. If your pet is accepted there is an additional security deposit of $200 for one pet and $100 for an additional pet.

Are guests able to use the boat lift?
Guest may use lift - boat up to 30’ in length with a maximum load of 14,000 lbs. Charges to adjust lift for guest boat and return to owner's settings will be at guest expense. Any adjustments to the lift to accommodate guest boat must be made by the company that services the lift. Current registration and insurance of at least $100,000 will be required for all watercraft docked at this property.
Are pets allowed at this property?
Pets are accepted at this property on a case by case basis. If you plan to bring a pet we will need to know the breed, age, and weight. Max 2 pets. If your pet is accepted there is an additional refundable security deposit of $200 for one pet and $100 for an additional pet plus an additional $45 departure cleaning fee.
