To make your stay easy, we provide a starter supply of essentials:

Paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap
Please note that these are initial supplies; we recommend making a quick trip to a nearby Publix, Walmart, or Target (all within a 10-minute drive) for additional items during your stay.

Pool heating is available for an additional daily fee. Please request before you arrive if you'd like.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every check-in.

Solara Resort – Your Home-Away-from-Home
When you arrive at Solara Resort and place your luggage in your new Home-Away-from-Home, relaxation is only minutes away just past your patio door. Everything you need to unwind, enjoy, and have a good time can be found right at the resort.

Clubhouse Amenities

The Solara Resort Grand Clubhouse features an expansive water complex. A wave simulator offers a perfect opportunity to learn how to surf, or, if you are a seasoned surfer, show off your skills. No matter your level of surfing experience, a team of experts is on-site to help you enjoy the waves to the fullest with day and week passes available as well as hour-long private sessions for Groups of up to 8. Session should be scheduled 24 hours in advance. (fee is required for the FlowRider©). The little ones will prefer the splash pad for some fun in the sun. Why not join them and let your inner child come out to play? When it’s time to take a break everyone will love to cool off with an ice-cream from the Solara Resort ice-cream parlor. If you forgot to bring your sunblock, pick one up at the sundries store to ensure you return home with a shimmering tan. They conveniently sell a little bit of this & that so you’ll have no interruption during your fantastic day at Solara Resort. Just chillax under the Florida Sun!

Getting around

A car is strongly recommended.

Solara Resort is a gated community in Kissimmee, located minutes from major highways, making it easy to reach Disney, Universal, shopping, and dining. Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are widely available and reliable in this area.

• Street parking rules vary by home and HOA guidelines

• Grocery stores, restaurants, and shops: 5–10 minutes

Public transportation is limited, so personal transportation or ride-share is the best option for getting around comfortably.

POOL/SPA HEATING: There is a fee of $30/day. Note that we cannot isolate heat to only the Spa. (recommended from November to February)

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

** IMPORTANT NOTE: GUEST PORTAL & PROPERTY PROTECTION

Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive a message with a link to your secure Guest Portal. This private portal is unique to your booking and is where you’ll complete your pre-check-in, review important stay details, and receive your door access code prior to arrival.

As part of this process, guests are required to choose between a non-refundable damage waiver (which covers accidental damages up to a set limit) or a fully refundable security deposit (held and released after checkout if no damage occurs).
