MINIMUM STAY: One Month Gorgeous 3 bedroom ocean front condo with unobstructed ocean views from the screened balcony. Check out the photos! The kitchen was completely remodeled in 2021 with all new everything. Walls were moved to enhance the work flow. At the end of the kitchen there is a computer work station desk area with large screen monitor for those who must work while on holiday. The master bath has also received a whole new look in 2021...walls moved, shower enlarged, double vanity and great lighting, private toilet room and walk in closet. The guest bath has also been updated with a new vanity, flooring and charming ocean wallpaper. All new top of the line vinyl plank flooring has been installed throughout. Owners have refurnished and upgraded this spacious end unit in Ocean Harbour. You will enjoy your stay in this spacious condo. The complex is conveniently located in Islamorada and you'll love the amenities this upscale condo complex offers: 2 lighted tennis courts; club house; gym facility; heated swimming pool; and hot tub. There's a sandy beach with lounge chairs; large Tiki with ice maker and tables and chairs; and a fire pit for evening gatherings. Inside you are sure to enjoy the updated décor and the spacious living areas. This condo has over 1,800 square feet of inside living area plus a screened balcony for additional space. Sliding glass doors open to the balcony from the living area and from the master suite. There are 2 Smart Roku TV's. Bring your codes for Netflix and other web access services. The master suite offers a king bed with ocean view. One guest bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. This is an elevator building so there are no worries about loading and unloading groceries from your covered parking area.
